Revelation 1:1-3

St John the Evangelist in Patmos By Hans Burgkmair

The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave to him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, who testifies to everything he saw-that is, the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 2:8-11

By Kalon Akarui (age 21)

To the angel of the church in Smyrna write:
These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again. I know your afflictions and your poverty-yet you are rich! I know the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt at all by the second death.

Revelation 3:20

Stood on the Door... By Josef Vasak

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with them, and they with me.

Revelation 4:7

'...the third had a human face...' By Jeremy Leo Nelson (age 31)

The first living creature was a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle.

Revelation 5:4-6

Worthy is the Lamb By Ketsia Lessard (age 24)

And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. And I beheld, and lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

Revelation 6:5-6

Angel By Cherise Tekcomics (age 32)

And when he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say: "Come!" And I saw, and look! a black horse; and the one seated upon it had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard a voice as if in the midst of the four living creatures say: "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the olive oil and the wine."

Revelation 7:14-17

By Otto Rapp (age 62)

I answered, "Sir, you know." And he said, "These are they who have come of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. There fore, They are before the throne of God and serve him day and night his temple; and he who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them. Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them, nor any scorching heat. For the Lamb at the center before the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe every tear from their eyes."
